Content Strategy
Through our Content Strategy Services, we develop impactful and compliant content, helping to enumerate the nexus of business, account, and deal strategies already established and executed upon by the customer for direct delivery to your clients. Services include but are not limited to: RFx writing, specific white paper / case study / marketing collateral development, proposal management and coordination, annotated outline development strength-based solution development, graphic design and creation, desktop publishing, past performance selection and writing, key personnel resume development and writing, color team reviews, pricing and price volume development, orals preparation and slide content development, orals coaching, technical challenge coaching and strategy development, and video proposal development.
RFx Writing
We provide writing support for all sections of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc. We interview subject matter experts to extrapolate the content necessary to address highly complex and technical requirements. We can develop new, custom content with input from our clients or work with existing content to address management, business, staffing, and past performance volumes that deliver high scores for our customers.
White Paper, Case Study, Marketing Collateral Development
We develop compelling white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral based on specific marketing needs, targets, and goals of our customers.
Proposal Management and Coordination
We provide end to end proposal management services and lead our clients in the development compliant, compelling, competitive, and winning proposals. This includes managing all deadlines and deliverables, and overseeing all personnel (staff, subcontractors, and consultants) contributing to the proposal.
Annotated Outline Development
We translate RFP requirements and evaluation criteria into clearly-structured outlines and then work with customer personnel to establish writing themes, relevant customer proof points and experiences, key solution elements, and other writing content for each section.
Strength-Based Solution Development
We help identify key customer strengths in addressing their client’s challenges (as defined in the RFx or as known by the customer), and work with customer technical SMEs to establish solutions built around unique and differentiated ability to address those challenges.
Graphic Design and Creation
We provide graphics design and technical illustration support for all aspects of proposals and marketing collateral. This includes developing the concept designs to accurately and simplistically capturing technical details, win themes, and strategies and the final production of polished graphics for insertion into proposals or marketing materials.
Desktop Publishing
Through our desktop publishing services, we take proposals “across the finish line” by providing edits for organization, content, technical accuracy, and style. We provide final desktop publishing and editing of proposal responses as well as other documentation. We provide final printing and production services for all hardcopy submissions.
Past Performance Selection and Writing
We work with customer delivery teams to write up relevant and compelling experiences to be used as past performance in RFx submissions. We bring forward key differentiating elements, relevant successes, and tangible similarities to the RFx in terms of size, scope, and complexity. We help customers choose the highest scoring write ups amongst their portfolio, and work with delivery teams to find innovative and unique ways to close scoring gaps.
Key Personnel Resume Development
and Writing
We work with customer key personnel to develop and format resumes that are relevant to RFx requirements and compelling, highlighting key strengths and differentiators in filling key roles for the customer. We assess pools of key personnel candidates to ensure the highest scoring resumes are chosen.
Color Team Reviews
We provide independent and 3rd party color team reviews to ensure unbiased feedback for blue, pink, red, gold, and white glove feedback. Our blue team reviews assess and provide feedback on high level strategy compared to customer challenges; our pink team review provides high level assessment of planned themes and content for effectiveness and proposal structure and content planning for compliance against government RFx requirements or work scopes; our red team reviews assess whether themes, differentiators, and solutions are compelling for customer written and unwritten evaluation criteria; our gold team reviews provide small effectiveness suggestions and assesses readability; and our white glove assessments provide final formatting and compliance checks.
Pricing and Price Volume Development
We provide pricing template completion support and price volume content development to align with price-to-win and price-to-deliver strategies as laid out by our customer. We provide support creating BOEs, as required by customer solicitations or desired by customers, based on engagement with customer technical SMEs, delivery team members, and pricing stakeholders. We ensure alignment of pricing with relevant rules and regulations (e.g. Government Best Pricing rules on GSA Schedule).
Orals Preparation and Slide Development
We develop strategies to ensure the winning delivery of oral presentations that are included as part of a procurement – whether that be the delivery of a standard presentation, an “interview style” presentation, or orals events that require presenters to caucus and create slides “on the fly” prior to presenting to the evaluators. This service includes planning and managing the full lifecycle of the orals including developing the schedule, identifying key presenters and supporting resources, coordinating those resources, and preparing for the presentation. We also develop orals content including the creation and production of slides and other presentation materials and the design and development of scripts and speaking points that are clear and ensure that key messages are delivered to the evaluators.
Orals Coaching
We coach presenters to maximize their performance and ensure that our clients win. We work with presentation teams to drive cohesiveness, fluidity, and content. We train individual presenters on effective presentation skills, including techniques to manage nerves, project confidence, and improve the speaking voice. We develop mock sessions with the customer, create simulated presentation environments, lead rehearsals, and identify areas for improvement.
Technical Challenge Coaching
and Strategy Development
We work with technical challenge teams to deliver differentiated performances that highlight key customer uniqueness and address key RFx challenges. We create and establish practice scenarios relevant to the expected RFx requirements and establish practice schedules to build team cohesion and readiness for go-live delivery. We develop day-of or week-of checklists for use by technical team members in ensuring compliance with RFx requirements and coordinate logistics for travel and accommodations as necessary. Leading up to delivery, we work with customer technical teams to plan and establish critical processes, roles, and technology stacks that enable successful bids. We provide day-of, in-room corporate observation services to review performance and assess customer feedback for PWIN estimation, enhancement of customer knowledge centers, and discussion of lessons learned.
Video Proposal Development
We provide complete, turnkey videos compliant with RFP requirements that showcase our clients proposed solutions, win themes, and the technical detail required to win. We work with customers to identify video participants, write scripts, coaching on-screen discussions, development on-screen graphics and text, conduct site scouting and/or schedule studio use, and provide sound and video editing.
